Stretched canvas

The painting is printed on woven canvas and stretched by hand over a solid pine frame about two centimetres deep. The picture is carried round the sides, so it looks finished hung as it is, and it can also be set in a black or white floater frame.

Yes. Put their name and new address at checkout. Nothing in the parcel shows a price.

Will they know it's from me?

Yes. Your name, agency and phone or email are printed at the foot of the card under “With love from”, with your logo if you add one, and your own message above.

How long does it take?

Add the closing or settlement date when you order and we time it to arrive around then. Without a date it ships as soon as you order and most arrive 7 to 12 days later, so allow two weeks.

Can I order for several clients?

Yes: one order per client, each to its own address. Your name, agency and number are remembered on this device, so the next one takes a minute.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. The order confirmation email is your receipt: the date, what you ordered and what you paid.

Which photo should I use?

The front of the house in daylight, the whole house in frame: your own, or a listing photo you have the rights to. Cars, people and signs are painted out.

Not an agent?

It makes a housewarming gift too: a friend's first home, your parents' new place. Same steps, same prices.
