Shipping policy

We ship every piece, any size, framed or unframed, to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Standard shipping is free.

Portraits, scrolls, tin signs, light frames and oval frames are made to order (printing, stretching or framing, and a check by eye), then ship tracked. From your order to your door, in business days:

• New Zealand: made in 1 to 2, shipped in 6 to 10 (7 to 12 in all)
• Australia: made in 1 to 2, shipped in 7 to 12 (8 to 14 in all)
• United States: made in 1 to 2, shipped in 6 to 12 (7 to 14 in all)
• Canada: made in 1 to 2, shipped in 7 to 9 (8 to 11 in all)

3D figurines are made in 7 to 12 days (a realistic person once you approve the 3D preview our sculptor sends you), and printed card sets in 3 to 7 business days. Each then ships on its own, tracked, in the shipping times above.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Ordering for Christmas? Order by:

• Portraits and oval frames: December 1 in the United States and Australia, December 3 in New Zealand, December 4 in Canada
• 3D figurines: November 16 in the United States and Australia, November 18 in New Zealand, November 19 in Canada (a realistic person: November 11, 13 and 16)
• Printed card sets: November 23 in the United States and Australia, November 25 in New Zealand, November 26 in Canada

The cart shows the date for your order and your country.

A digital file posts nothing: it arrives by email, usually within a few minutes of your order.

We email you when the piece ships, with tracking. If a parcel is lost in transit we reprint and resend it at no charge.
