Refund policy

Every portrait is made to order from your photograph, and you see the finished painting before you pay. Because of that, we do not offer returns for change of mind on a piece that arrives as previewed.

If the piece arrives damaged, or is not what you approved in the preview, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we reprint it at no charge, or refund you in full if you would rather. This covers the print, the stretching and the frame.

Every piece is also covered for life. Your approved painting stays in our archive, and if the piece fades or is damaged later we reprint it, up to two times, for a flat fee that covers the making and the postage: US$29 for a 20 x 30 cm piece, the light-up frame or the tin sign, US$49 for 30 x 40 cm, US$79 for 40 x 60 cm, US$129 for 60 x 90 cm.

The digital file is delivered by email and cannot be returned once sent.
